WORKPLACE GENDER EQUALITY INDEX
Since the introduction of the professional future law in France, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate, publish and specify the methods used to calculate the indicators that make up their workplace gender equality index (for France);
The SOTHYS Group index is calculated on the basis of the 5 regulatory indicators, each with a score of:

2. The gap in individual pay rise rates between women and men:
3. The gap in promotion rates between women and men:
4. The percentage of employees who received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15
5. The number of women and men in the top 10 highest earners:
For 2023, the SOTHYS Group’s index is (overall score including companies with more than 50 employees and fewer than 50 employees).
The reference period is the calendar year.
The scope of the analysis is 306 employees.
The calculation of the pay gap indicator is based on a breakdown by age group.
All 5 indicators could be calculated and the result level, corresponding to the sum of the points obtained for each of them.
